Terms of Service

By accessing or using SolvoConnect ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable Indian laws and regulations. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SolvoConnect. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 8 years of age, or that you are accessing the Platform under the Guardian Plan administered by your school or guardian.

SolvoConnect is a nervous system training platform that provides: • Group synchronized breathing sessions • AI-powered mindset and manifestation training • Progress tracking and biometric estimation • Anchor pairing for Elite members • Scheduled session booking • Community features for Elite members Service availability is subject to subscription plan. Features vary by plan as described at solvoconnect.com/app/subscribe.

3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 3.2 Unique Member ID: Each account is assigned a unique SC-XXXX Member ID. This ID is personal and non-transferable. 3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at solvoconnect@gmail.com of any unauthorised use. 3.4 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law without prior notice.

4.1 Plans: SolvoConnect offers four subscription plans — Basic (Free), Pro, Elite, and Guardian. Features and pricing are as described on the Platform and subject to change with 30 days notice. 4.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed via Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method. 4.3 Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. If you experience technical issues preventing service access, contact solvoconnect@gmail.com within 7 days. 4.4 Price Changes: We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. 4.5 GST: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to all subscription fees as per Indian tax law.

You agree not to: • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the IT Act, 2000 • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other user accounts or Platform systems • Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content in group sessions • Share your account credentials with others • Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Platform • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Platform • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action under applicable Indian law.

6.1 Not Medical Advice: SolvoConnect provides wellness and stress management tools. The Platform is NOT a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 6.2 HRV and Stress Estimates: The HRV and stress scores provided by SolvoConnect are estimates based on session data and are NOT clinically validated biometric measurements. Do not make medical decisions based on these estimates. 6.3 Consult Your Doctor: If you have a medical condition, heart condition, or mental health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using breathing exercises on this Platform. 6.4 Emergency: If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately (India: 112 or 102).

7.1 Our Content: All content on SolvoConnect including training scripts, software, design, logos, and brand assets are the intellectual property of SolvoConnect and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and IT Act, 2000. 7.2 Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create. By using the Platform, you grant SolvoConnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use anonymised session data to improve our services. 7.3 Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Your use of SolvoConnect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We handle sensitive personal data (health information) in accordance with the SPDI Rules, 2011.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law: 9.1 SolvoConnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 9.2 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. 9.3 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. 9.4 We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from use of breathing exercises or other Platform features.

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India. 10.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. 10.3 If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 10.4 The courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration. 10.5 Consumer disputes may be raised before the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
